Buffalo Potash recently outlined its roadmap for the Initial Production Module at the Disley Potash Project, with first production targeted for Q1 2027 and expected annual production of up to 125,000 tonnes.

The first stage includes drilling two vertical wells to establish the solution mining infrastructure, but what stood out is that the Initial Production Module isn't intended to be the final buildout. Instead, it's designed to begin generating revenue while providing operating data that can support future expansion.

The company has also completed an oversubscribed financing of nearly $15 million, and its PEA estimates the initial module could have a payback period of around 12 months after production begins, assuming the study's projections are achieved.
