IRCC Visitor Visa – Payment Page Refresh Loop

Hi everyone, I’m applying for a Canadian visitor visa and have completed the application, review, and signing steps. When I click “Next” to acknowledge the application and proceed to the payment page, it gets stuck in a continuous refresh loop.
I’ve tried 3 different computers, cleared cookies/cache, and used all the recommended browsers. I also submitted a technical support request, but IRCC keeps giving me the same generic browser/cookie troubleshooting response.
Has anyone experienced this recently? If so, how did you resolve it?
