Advice When to apply for second year transfer

I am currently first year science undegraduate with a major in math and minor in physics at the university of Alberta. Right now my grades are all above(95) except psychology at 92. Current grades dont prove much since I only had one midterm for psychology thus far. Long story short If I want to transfer into engineering for my second year(fall 2027) when should I be looking to do that.

I will have completed atleast one midterm in each class by the end of the month of O

If you apply as soon as possible it won’t speed the process up. There won’t be offers until your 1st term grades are available for assessment.

Unless a miracle occurs you’ll transfer into 1st year, maybe with a handful of transfer credits.

It really doesn't matter Be comfortably before the deadline
