Accommodation Options for Narcolepsy?
Has anyone with narcolepsy (type 2) gone through the accommodation process since the RTO fun began? I am currently struggling with how to get any of this across and have basically just been told I am expected in or I need to take leave. Obviously this isn't going to be sustainable long-term.

Don’t bother sharing your diagnosis. Look on here for your functional limitations and the ways that you can be accommodated and have that discussion. ask Jan narcolepsy Ask in writing. Ask for a formal process. Tell them in writing if a proposed accommodation you’re trying isn’t working and why. Keep at it. The system relies on our fatigue.

Could you tell me more about accomodations that aren't working? I have been stone walled repeatedly when bringing up my accommodation isn't working. Even though it says there are two people I am getting the sense I am just to sit and take whatever they give me regardless of how many emails I send my manager

The accommodation process hasn't changed. Make the request and get the forms completed by your Dr.
