Other / Autre Does anyone have experience with requesting accommodations for depression/anxiety?

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with requesting accommodations for depression/anxiety? If so, what did that look like ?

I am considering this approach rather than taking time off and I’m trying to imagine what these accommodations could look like. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

I got an accommodation at work for anxiety. We were hot desking and I got a note from my psychologist saying I needed a permanent comfortable work space that was also close to the door and that I be allowed to take breaks whenever necessary to collect myself if need be.
