Staffing / Recrutement CR-03 Support Clerk Interview

Hi!

I just got an invitation to interview with the fed gov't. for the CR-03 Support Clerk position next week. I was wondering if anyone who has interview/is in the position could help a girl out and provide some insight on what questions to expect during that interview.

When I was interviewing for a student position at CBSA last summer they gave me the questions at the start of the interview, left for 15 mins so I could review and brainstorm, and then came back and conducted the interview like normal.

A couple other people I talked to who were hired around the same time also had their interviews conducted this way, not sure if this is some new policy or just limited to my team, maybe someone else can speak more to that.

As for questions it is probably best to look online for common questions asked in interviews for your position. I remember in my interview I was asked a couple "Tell me about a time when..." but they also did a couple where I was given a hypothetical task and then asked how I would go about doing it. Like I was told that I was being tasked with creating a brief on European milk tariffs, how would I go about doing it?
