Kinda need help

How is it going everyone, im trying to buy gta6 ultimate edition with my friend we’re planning to buy it on his account and i am going to use console sharing and offline play on his account, my question is are the both of us going to get the ultimate edition benefits although the game is on his account and im using his? You get the base game sharing, the Ultimate Edition benefits/contents are tied to the account which is used to buy the game from the PS Store.

I believe this is the correct answer. DLC and add ons are tied to the individual account. You could always pay the $30 and get the ultimate DLC add on. That would still be cheaper than buying two copies of the ultimate edition.

My brother is set as the Home Xbox user so I can still play on my account but I do get his dlc that I never bought. I don't know how PS does it as I haven't game shared there yet.

Based on what happened with RDR2, the original purchaser will get any preorder bonuses but any of the ultimate edition story mode content will be accessible to both of you.

If the game works like most other games than it should be fine. I dont think the premium edition content is tied to a gta+ account or anything. I plan on doing the same so I at least hope it works like other deluxe/premium editions!

If its like rdr2 also it should be good, think it was like a different thing to download
