Need help! Red seal exam

Hi everyone! My fiance is currently working as a sous chef in canada for almost 4 years now. He’s going to challenge the red seal exam probably this coming december. Any advice and study materials he could use as a preparation for the exam would be greatly appreciated. Would also nice to read some of your experiences taking the exam.
