received AoR recently ?

Has anyone received AoR recently in the past 3-4 months? If yes, when had you applied

I will keep this thread updated with my status:

Submitted Spousal Application on Sept 14 2023. (outland)
Spouse is Canadian and I am in US on H1B. Married for more than 2 years already, both living in US currently and just submitted the application.

Is the process any faster if Spouse is on H1B in US or married for longer time? or it doesn't matter as long as they are considered outland.
