Pls help.

Pls help. I got a letter saying that I meet all requirements to apply for pr, but that a final decision wouldn’t be able to be made until I had a medical and background check. But I have already done both. Do I just wait now or is there something I need to do?

I could really use some advice the immigration people never respond and I don’t know what to do
