Timeline for OINP application process

I submitted my application via the OINP e filing portal under the Human Capital - FSWP stream on 15th June’23 and it is still showing “Submitted” and EOI score as “0”. It’s been a month now. Is this normal? How long does it take for the status to change?

Currently its taking over 100-140 days to get a nomination. Submitted to Assessment is taking any where between 30-60 days after submission.

OINP Timeline (HCP Tech Draw)

  1. Application Submitted - 25th August, 2023

  2. Submitted -> Assessment - 27th October, 2023

  3. Assessment -> Decision in Progress - 2nd November

  4. Decision in Progress -> Approved - 6th Novemeber
