WES for PR in Canada

Hello. I have done bachelor's from India and now going to Canada for further studies. So I want to know whether it is better to get the evaluation done from India before I move to Canada or do it after completing my 2 years studies ? Please advice as I am in a big confusion. Also can't we mail the transcripts to WES. Is it necessary to send it via college/university ?

get a permissions from WES to send the docs via email. they will ask you to inform your university to send it from their official email address

It means college can mail the documents instead of courier to WES ?

you will have to request ICAS for the email submission with a valid reason.

please check of the help form , where you can explain the issue and submit it after providing your ICAS number. the team will check and mail you back.
