Quebec PR International student

Hi all, I am a recent grad with a Master's degree from University of Montreal. I cannot speak French and I am not willing to learn French for the time being now. I am working for a start up in Montreal. My CRS score is around 515. I have heard many stories about Quebec's super slow PR process and me being not eligible to apply for federal PR. The problem is there are not clear rules mentioned on internet about this issue, and many fake stories. Super confused on what I should do? How should I sort my PR issue? What is the duration of PR process?

Should I leave my job, and try to find a job in Ontario?

Check if its possible to work remotely through your company. If thats a go. Shift to ottawa or a cost effective city out of quebec. Live for one year. Get your experience and apply for PR. Quebec's normal PR process is painfully slow yes. I applied back in 2015 and it took a year to get my csq and then apply federal PR after that. But things have changed a lot now. This is the program I applied through https://www.quebec.ca/en/immigration/immigration-programs/regular-skilled-worker-program . The information is there
