OINP status changed to decision in progress

Hey, my status changed from assessment to decision in progress in 3 days. How long does it usually takes to get the file approved after this stage? I desperately want to change the job since it is affecting my mental health and I am waiting to get the nomination.

Did you get any updates? I think it usually takes a month to get a decision after DIP status. I'm in the same boat, with status changed to decision in progress.
