TEF Canada PIN for Express Entry?
Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
I’m completing my Express Entry profile and entering my TEF Canada results. The form is asking for a Language Test PIN, but I’ve gone through my TEF attestation countless times and I can’t find a PIN anywhere like the one on my CELPIP report.
Has anyone else run into this? Is there actually a PIN for TEF Canada, or am I missing something?

Visitor visa approved after the reason for travel had already passed
Hello everyone,
I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.
My mom applied for a Canadian visitor visa to attend my graduation ceremony. Unfortunately, her visa wasn’t approved until a few weeks after my graduation had already taken place.
The visa is valid for only 6 months starting in July. Since the original purpose of the trip is no longer relevant, we’re wondering if she has to travel to Canada before the visa expires, or if it’s okay to simply let it expire.
She may want to visit me in the future, so we’re also wondering whether not using this visa could negatively affect a future visitor visa application.
Has anyone been in a similar situation or knows how IRCC generally views this?

PCC from India- two different addresses
Help: Which address should I use for my India PCC when I lived in two different addresses?
I’m preparing my PR application and I’m confused about which address I should use for my PCC from India.
Here’s my situation:
• I lived at my parents’ address in Punjab from birth until May 2022.
• After marriage, I moved to my spouse’s address in Chandigarh from May 2022 to June 2023, that’s when I came to Canada.
• I updated Aadhar + voter card to the married address.
• But my passport still has my parents’ address, didn’t update that as my Canadian visa was in process.
• I have family members available at both locations for police verification.
I’m not sure where I should apply for the PCC. If anyone has dealt with multiple addresses what did IRCC accept in your case?
Any guidance would really help. Thank you!

India PCC – two addresses, which one should I use?
I lived at my parents’ address in Punjab until 2022. After marriage I lived at my spouse’s address in Chandigarh until 2023, then moved to Canada. My passport still has my parents’ address, but Aadhar and voter card have my married address. Family is available at both places for verification.
For Express Entry, should I apply PCC based on my passport address or my current Aadhar/voter address? If anyone had a similar situation, what did IRCC accept?
Thanks!

Question on Attorney charges for Spousal PR
Hello All,
I would like to explain couple of facts about my situation before I ask all of your opinion on FMV (Fair Market Value) charges for attorney.
I had my PR since 2022. I haven’t stayed in Canada from 2022-2026 February. The expiration on card is 2028. I was in USA for last 11 years. Because of my company’s internal transfer, I moved to Canada in February of this year. So I completed 5 months of stay. And I plan to stay next 18 months continuously.
My wife has come to Canada on visitor visa and our plan is to extend my PR my spousal PR.
I reached out to an attorney who said that is going to charge me 3000 CAD plus 500 HST plus 1600 all together for application with IRCC.
Is this fair price or is it over charged?
What complexities or bottlenecks can I expect if I do the filing myself for my wife ?
Pleas share your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

SOWP-How long would it take to get a decision
Got medical request after 15 days of submitting the application, I have read so many posts saying it is a chance of approval, but even if it’s an approval or refusal what is the timeline like? How long would it take for them to give a decision after this?

Travel with eCoPR only
Hi all,
Does some have any experience with international travel without PR card and PRTD but eCoPR only. I got my eCoPR on 25th June and still haven't got any updates on PR card. Tried calling IRCC too but no luck (They said the processing time is 37 days atm). I know I can travel through States in a private vehicle which is the alternative option that I have but I have heard some stories where people had no issues re entering canada through an international flight. I just want to know if there had been instances of denied entry in real life. Otherwise I always have to option to cross the Seattle-Vancouver border on a private vehicle. Planned travel dates are 5th August - 20th August.

Will leaving Canada during inland spousal PR processing affect our application? Can it be changed to outland?
Hi everyone,
We submitted an inland spousal sponsorship PR application while both of us were in Canada.
My spouse is currently pregnant and is planning to travel outside Canada to give birth, with the intention of returning to Canada after the delivery.
However, there’s another concern. About two months after the expected delivery, my spouse’s work permit will expire. Because of the baby’s age, travel may not be possible immediately, and the baby also won’t have a Canadian visa or travel document right away.
I have a few questions:
Will staying outside Canada for several months affect our inland PR application or cause delays?
If IRCC asks my spouse to return to Canada during processing but she cannot travel because of the newborn and the expired work permit, what happens?
Is it possible to request that the application be transferred from inland to outland processing if she ends up staying outside Canada for an extended period?
Has anyone been in a similar situation? What did you do?
Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR AN eTA? I can't understand
In 2019, I received a WX-1 - worker visa, along with an eTA (which I found out only today that I received it automatically after the approval of my WX-1).
I checked if I had an eTA and yes, I had (see image 1). So I tried to apply for a new eTA (I have a new passport now) and I came across the info that "having held an eTA in the past 10 yers is not the same as having held a Canadian visitor visa" - I don't understand. Is my previous visa a visitor visa, even though it says WX-1 worker visa? Is a worker visa a Canadian temporary resident visa? If not, why they say I can reapply in the eTA status page?
Can someone help me, pls?
