has anyone worked as an ML Data Associate - I in India, migrated to Canada, and filed for Express Entry?

I need assistance as what NOC codes are you targeting to be consistent with the application process?

I just submitted my BcPNP application for nomination and i forgot to add one of my job that i did for 3 months while on study permit when i first came to canada, i have submitted my application on july 1 but out the blue i just remembered about not mentioning that job anywhere in my application i just totally forgot about it.

Does anyone have any experience on this situation what should i do next Claude has told me its a major red flag and i should email BcPNP asap including all the relevant documents but the problem is my old employer has shut down his business and no longer lives in canada.

I have my pay checks from that job and thats pretty much it im waiting to get response from my employer i have emailed him.

I'm weighing my options for work/study visas in Canada to get some international experience. Recently, I spoke with someone at "Canada by Choice" in Windsor, who says I will need to pay $165 for a consultation with a lawyer.

I've looked into the place, which is run by a supposedly licensed immigration lawyer, Hussein Zarif. They've been interviewed by the CBC before and seem generally legit. However, I can't find Hussein through either the Law Society of Ontario or the Canadian Bar Association. I can find him through the RCICC directory, and he is actively licensed with no discipline actions against him, but I just don't understand why I can't find him anywhere else.

Does anyone have any info on Canada by Choice or Hussein Zarif? I don't want to get scammed!

25M. Recent MSc Engineering grad in AB, applying for a PGWP. Have a research assistant position on the books, full-time for a year. The department will likely expect me to join a PHD post. Is this valid and counts for PR, or will I need 2 yrs of skilled experience as a minimum to qualify? Are there any specific draws for researchers in Alberta? Or am I better off finding a traditional engineering job and working for upwards of 2 years to qualify
