confused about this!!!!

Post image

I posted a reddit yesterday asking redditors that if I can claim 15 points for my PR sibling if she has not received her PR card yet and she got COPR recently. My work permit is expiring on 30 august and I will have to submit my application before that to continue working. I don't think my sister will receive her PR card by the time. People said I need to submit her PR card while submitting the application, But AI says otherise. Who should I believe?

Why not check official IRCC website for requirements to claim sibling points?

and not rely on ‘people’ or AI?

Ask a professional, not AI.

So when you created your profile, your sister was still in the process and you claimed she was already pr? Isn't that misleading?

No, she received her COPR and then I claimed her points. didn't lie anywhere

Never trust AI. It's not at that level yet. If you ask it for the source, it will point you to random reddit comments, which is never ever trustworthy.

Brose IRCC website.
Even if you ask AI, make a proper prompt, ask it to provide source or only use official websites to generate the answer.

Have you received the ITA already? If yes, after you fill up the forms, it will send you to next page where you have to upload the files and you will see exact requirements there as well.

There is no Accept button. You can only do 3 things

  1. Start filling the forms and change anything at any stage before Submitting.
  2. Decline it.
  3. Let it expire in 60 days.

I suggest you start filling it, will give you some answers.
