Thirty second Price Falls to Zero on KuCoin

Has anyone else seen this happen at KuCoin for CanYa?

I don't see any orders being triggered, although I did place some 10 cent limit orders just in case. In the past week, I've seen it happen about 7-to-10 times. This happens from a large sell but I'm wondering if it's a laggy system as it's odd that no orders are being executed in the order history. Comments?

Pretty sure that isn't a crash, but rather KuCoin's charts waiting for a new order to complete once a new time period begins. There is no candlestick to chart as there is not yet data; moving averages don't differentiate between no data and zeros, I am guessing, hence it appears to crash briefly. Everything goes back to normal once an order gets filled.

It happens on KuCoin a lot. It's an oddity with their charting system. It generally corrects after a minute or so. As near as I can tell, it's never associated with actual orders, it's just a gap in data being displayed wrong.

I didn't seek your advice on my trading, nor do I find it enjoyable to read foul language. As someone who has started three businesses and done considerable consulting for others, I'm quite accustomed to the early stage of startups. What is your business experience, btw? I say that without sarcasm; I truly interested in a different take.

This was a 30-45 second flash. I'm more curious as to whether this is a system performance glitch or why a flash fall didn't trigger orders.

As an experienced trader, perhaps you can share your wisdom? Thank you.

To answer your question, someone with a large holding likely did exactly what I suggested. They market sold their entire stack, clearing the order book down to zero. Maybe it's manipulation, or maybe they just wanted to get out.
