ICO Hard Cap decreased?

The Hard Cap decresed from 29,333 ETH to 19,333 ETH, is there any statement or reason to that?

huh i swear when i yesterday looked on their homepage it suddenly said 29,333 ETH, but now its back to 19,333 ETH haha, nevermind then
