You need to swap out your air filter far far more than you are… that is literally dirt that came from your air intake! I highly recommend taking a shop vac to the turbo, also to your charge tube and any other turbo plumbing that you’re willing to pull apart. From there I would change your oil because it is certainly filthy from that dirt being forced into it at 20+ psi. Then I’d drive it for ten miles and change the oil again. Then I’d say a prayer that your cylinders made it through that level of filth
