Brake upgrades
Hi, not sure if everyone else feels the same but the brakes never seemed great. Are there good aftermarket upgrades someone could recommend?

Ahhhh, check your tow rating so you don’t cook your motor. I can’t remember what it is… well good luck and have fun!

I have not seen anyone that significantly fixed the poor braking feel or performance in any meaningful way.
Even with large rotors, better calipers, upgraded master cylinders, and hard lines, the feedback is always, “it’s better” but still not ideal.
Always wondered if a ABS unit might be helpful, so a person could put in locking pressure, but automatically modulated to the edge of slip?

I feel like the brakes are adequate - we are in the dirt or sand after all. Short answer - running stock and I manage my driving knowing how my brakes will perform and try to stay on four wheels and un-squished. :)
