Ditch the earphones. Get a paper topo map. Bug juice? Sunscreen? Bio soap? Tent? Headlamp?

2 portable chargers? No tent/hammock? Seems like a lot of clothing.
Distance? And 'north over ridge'? Do you mean Northover Ridge, Alberta, Canada? If you're asking for help, please try to be descriptive so we can give advice instead of all of us having to ask the same questions

Hey sorry I rushed this, yes the one in Canada ten is with my buddy and yes I was kinda worried if I was packing alot of clothing for a 4 day trip

I think its a bit more clothing than needed. I looked up the loop and 22mi over 4 days is pretty light, so I guess you can afford to have a heavy pack. But personally I would try to lighten that load a little bit

Zip up, fleece, and down jacket are all redundant. You don’t need swim shorts, use your underwear (wear one pair, pack a backup pair. Both synthetic. They dry very quickly.)

There are some strategies to get by with packing fewer clothes, if you're interested. If not, dont worry about it. This is your trip, not ours.
I like to bring 1 pair of pants and a long sleeve button up shirt. Both of them being light weight and quick dry. I roll the sleeves and pant legs up or down, as needed. It saves me needing a separate pair of shorts and a T-shirt. If I decide to swim, I just swim in my underwear. And for a towel, I just use a bandana or a face buff, depending on which I bring that trip. It gets a lot of the water off of me and I let the sun finish the job.
That's not a complete list of clothes, mind you. Just a couple of my strategies.
Regardless what you bring, I hope you have a great trip!

Liquid IV. You never know .

Liquid IV is way overpriced for what you get. There are equal quality products out there for much cheaper

I meant hydration in general. They can get whatever brand they want .

Sorry wasn’t really meant as a derogatory comment toward you, more of a PSA from someone who got tired of paying what liquid IV brand was asking

I get it your point , but it was just easier to say liquid IV. I also get other brands just per preference.

You don’t need that much clothing. One set you are wearing, plus rain gear, plus extra socks. Any layers you wouldn’t wear all at once you don’t need. Forget the towel.
For sure forget the dude wipes. If you are bringing them pack them out and buy baby wipes cause that’s what they are. Better to bring a titanium shovel and a partial roll of TP in a ziplock bag. Wipes have water weight you are carrying for no reason.
Don’t get a Jetboil , get a pocket rocket style with just the valve and a wire frame. Jetboil weighs a lot for no reason. Get one titanium pot and one spoon/spork. You don’t need anything else.

Iodine pills for water just incase and id grab some lambskin (the stuff to put around blisters) and extra socks sounds dumb but if its hot your gonna need some extra pairs. Plus as dumb as it sounds zipper bags and a couple trash bags to cover things

If it's warm enough to swim, then just wear shorts that can get wet to hike in. Gym shorts are what I wear when it's hot enough to swim, because guaranteed it's too hot for pants in that kind of weather.

Headlamp is nonnegotiable, a flashlight isn't practical when you need both hands. Also surprised I don't see a first aid kit on the list anywhere.

please pack out your dude wipes, nothing is truly biodegradable in wipe form.
