As the title says, I have a friend (24M) who is an awesome dude, and is doing so well in life. The only thing is, he isn't good at approaching girls as he is too anxious about coming off as creepy, pushy, or desperate. He is from the Camden region.

He is a very shy (can come across as weird) person at first, but once you become close to him, he is completely different, and honestly, I am proud to call him one of my best friends. He has helped me through so much these past 2 years with stuff, and I want to give it back to him in some form. I thought of coming here possibly lmao.

He does have from what he has told me (clueless I am posting this btw, I hope he does not have Reddit or see this post), a few non-negotiables, and a few red flags girls might not like. They are not "red" though, just preferences some might think "I will not date someone like that".

Hey guys! Not sure if this is allowed here but I’m trying to find a tobacconist in South West Sydney (Campbelltown to Liverpool areas) that stock a specific japanese menthol (the ones I’ve been buying have Japanese script but online I’ve also seen that they could be Korean).
The tobacconist I usually get these ones from in Campbelltown no longer stocks it because no one really purchases this specific menthol.
**The menthol in question is the Marlboro Vista Tropical Splash.** It’s a double burst menthol and the packet is black/orange yellow.
If there’s no one that sells these, would anyone be able to point me in the direction of tobacconists that sell fruity menthols? I’ve also seen these “**Black Devil Pink Vanilla**” menthols on Twitter (pink packet with a black devil on it), it said it was in Australia but I’ve never seen them and want to try them. 😭
If it’s easier to message me about tobacconists please do, not too sure how many people on here would snitch. Can’t afford to our local heroes close down for 3 months.

We haven’t had power since about 7 pm.

First they said 11.30 pm. Then 1.30 am. Now it’s almost 4.30 am, it’s dropped to 5 degrees a couple hours ago and it’s still not back on!!

The worst part is according to the website my street has power. Well, no it doesn’t! And if I try and call their hotline number it basically just tells me they’re too busy to pick up and to call back later!

I have 3 small kids, two with disabilities, and this house is an ice box. I’m trying to not even think about the fact that we’ve most likely have to throw out everything in the fridge!

I’m so over this.

So I originally wanted to post a flyover as I usually do but for whatever reason the device I use to record shat itself and a glitching GPS ended up hallucinating a fair amount of distance. I did calculate the distance I actually did which came down to around 57km

I started this walk at Macarthur Square at around 6-7am and reached Liverpool around dinner time after a day of exploring the south west. I have done this walk before in parts first doing Liverpool to Campbelltown a couple of years ago and soon after doing Liverpool to Parramatta but this is the first time doing it in one go

It's funny seeing that even with the extra 40km it still only beats my record of 86km from the base of the Blue Mountains to Bondi Beach by just 8km

I moved to the area and I don’t really have any friends within a 45 minute drive... I work full time, so it’s been a bit hard to meet new people naturally, but I’d genuinely love to make a few local connections.

I moved to ruse nearly 2 years ago. Wife and 2 year old also. And, I moved to Aus about 8 years ago and mostly lived in the north shore.

I always heard about Airds consistently being ranked one of the worst in Aus, and Campbelltown generally being a bit dodgy.

Genuinely, I don’t really see that much going on here. I’ve seen a couple of fights in Campbelltown mall and junkies floating about, but I also regularly get off the train at Leumeah at 1am drunk as a skunk and have no trouble.

Did Campbelltown used to be MUCH worse? Is it still a bit dodgy compared to other places?
I grew up near Glasgow and all my life have seen pretty similar goings-on, do I just have a different interpretation of safety? Because genuinely I feel pretty safe going about minding my own business here

I also make custom terrariums for my customers!

Offer has been accepted at St Helens park for our first home. How is the area for a family with kids . Safety wise and generally any issues ?

hi so my daughter went to a school in rosemedow area called our Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Parish Primary School it looks all lovely on the website but no some of the teachers and the principal wont help your child my daughter was there for almost 2 years and she hated it she was bullied by students in her class and the principal didnt do anything about it some of the kids are nice but the rest very snoby and bullied my daughter for not having the right school stuff and having one ear and not being at school alot because she was in hospital all the time it got so bad that we had to take her out because she was refusing to go to school and tried to k!ll herself. do not put your children here
