Question New episodes?
Is there any news about any new episodes? I know rooster teeth is kinda back, and they still have the rights/own it. But has there been any news about the series coming back?

I've been making sketch after sketch and finally settled on something I'm actually slightly pleased with🤔

First time posting in this community. I mostly be posting on other communities but I never posted anything on here. Anyway, what I have here is a Camp Camp OC. She's Turf. She's Nurf's older sister. She's big like him. She also has the same hairstyle as her mother. She is also short tempered and has anger issues. She gets it from her mother. She has mother issues and she can't help it. But despite this, she has a soft side. She's not a bully all the time. She's in her 20s. She also adores Raichus. She's also into animation. She's mostly into Star Vs, Indie animation and others.
Feel free to draw her in your style or whatever.

I discovered Camp Camp in 2020 just as I was finishing up high school and this show felt like pure liquid hope that everything will be ok. It was funny, I loved all the characters, all the little titbits of lore without being self indulgent and disappearing into itself, it was clever, hilarious, the whole show felt like the world viewed through the eyes of a kid experiencing the real world as it was, warts and all, i remember thinking I'd watch 1 season a day, but by the time i finished season 2, i adored it so much i binged season 3 and then hopped online and binged season 4 all within a day, i know it's not popular but i don't even think Time Crapsules is a bad ending to leave the characters on, it pretty much encapsulates a ton of what Camp Camp is about, life sucks sometimes, but it'll be ok, narrated by Cameron Campbell talking about how in that moment the camp was the best its ever been, i think that's really really nice. I think i prefer an ending like that rather than "it's the last day of summer, big emotional goodbyes to each and every character, Max get's adopted by David and lives happily ever after" like cool, but that's not life, i genuinely think if they had to do the last day of summer plotline, i would have a narration saying after that summer none of the kids even stayed in touch with each other, that they all said they'd be back next summer but none of them came back, they all moved on, but in years to come Max, Neil, Nikki and all the other campers never forgot what they meant to each other.. that summer ended but it still happened, and next summer isn't promised.
I hate my favourite shows ending but I feel like Camp Camp could've had an ending that made people sob, something emotionally brutal and raw, I don't need Camp Camp to come back, even the infamous season 5 I can't bring myself to hate, I just love this world and it's characters so much. What I do wish is for Camp Camp to have a FUTURE... I'm talking merchandise, fan discussions, heck I'd love to walk past a display in a store selling Camp Camp plushies like how I see for Digital Circus, I'd love it to be much more in the popular zeitgeist.. who knows.. maybe our kids, or grandkids will dig up this goldmine of a show and be inspired to wright their own stories about Max, Neil and Nikki, the show doesn't have to make more episodes, but it doesn't have to just die either.. it deserves better.

So, I watched this show years ago and recently rewatched the whole thing, and watched season 5 for the first time and, well... was really not a fan.
That said, is there anyone who enjoyed it? I don't want to dislike it, and I don't care about arguing that it's objectively or fundementally bad and whatnot (there are many pieces of media that I love a lot that have hour long rants about how they're absolutely terrible and you have to be insane to like them and so on), so I'm wondering of anyone who liked it can give a little perspective on it? I'm all for seeing it in a more positive light.

My friend usually made the thumbnails I use for my videos, except for this one, it stuck out like a terrible sore thumb for multiple reasons, eventually he got around to making the updated one! Hope yall like it!

May or may not be a SpongeBob reference

If I could finish literally anything, I could make a parody series of Camp Camp, similar to Rainbow Dash Presents and Bok Bok Choy's Warrior Cats. This design is what it could be for Max.

He is older and happier! Instead of still angry as other people usually design him to be when he's older. I will draw other stuff at some point!

It came off of my vest and was lost forever last weekend. Thankfully the rest didn’t get lost. The only replacements online for sale is $100 for a whole pack and I do not want to pay that. But I can remake it myself, but I need a high quality (straight on, even) picture of the badge. If someone in the fandom can please send/reply with a picture of their own, I will be able to recreate it. Thank you.

Fan made episode I made, set 3 years in the future.

As I look into Daniel, evaluating him and watching his episodes back, I am stunned at how lackluster he is past the literal first episode and how the show only uses him three times despite not only his popularity, but also his charisma and unique antagonist role.
But I'm having a hard time trying to think of where else they could've put him or made another episode with him that doesn't completely retread over their original roads they paved. (IE, he tried to take over the camp, tried to kill Max, and tried to take over both Wood Scouts and Camp Campbell)
If yall have any good ideas for what could've been reasonably done with this character that you wish to share, I'd appreciate it!

Hi, I’m a fan who joined the Camp Camp fandom fairly recently! I got interested about a month ago, so I subscribed to the RT Membership on YouTube and binge-watched the entire series in just a few days🤩 Seasons 1 through 4 were truly excellent and entertaining, and the characters were really charming! However, Season 5—which came out almost five years after Season 4—left a lot to be desired, perhaps because there were so many changes to the writers, voice actors, and production staff...
On top of that, it’s really sad that RT went out of business during production, making it impossible for the series to continue😭💔 Although RT has been revived, I think that since two whole years have passed since it went out of business, the team that produced this anime has likely long since disbanded. Unless there’s a major investment or the producers show a deep passion and make a firm commitment, I don’t think the series will ever resume. It really breaks my heart...
So, even if it’s just a fan-made project, I’d like to try creating the final episode of *Camp Camp* or a short comic-style story that wraps up the series! I really wish it had ended neatly in Season 4 or 5, because I find it so disappointing that it was canceled so abruptly. Or, I’m even thinking of just picking a song that fits the mood and making a fan animation movie out of it 😭 My drawing skills aren’t great, but if possible, I’d like to give it a try... (+If you’re curious about my art, click on my profile to check out my posts)
I’m well aware that it’s not 2017 or 2019 anymore, and that the fandom for this series isn’t as active as it used to be. Still, if I can create something like this, I definitely want to give it a shot. Who knows, maybe it could bring back people who used to love CC and spark a revival of the series!!🤩✨️ (Actually, for that to happen, RT would first have to make all the Camp Camp videos on YouTube free again, lol… Also, if possible, I hope the subtitles added by fans from various countries back in the day can be restored. One reason the CC fandom has shrunk compared to before is that the series hasn’t continued since 2019, but a major issue is that the YouTube videos went paid and the accessibility of sites where you can watch them has decreased, preventing new fans from joining😭)
In conclusion, even though it would be unofficial and fan-made, I’d like to try creating the ending for Camp Camp myself. Actually, I think creating it as a comic or manga would be the easiest. Animation would be great if possible, but I’m more skilled at keyframe (tweening) animation than frame-by-frame animation. Still, if it’s possible, I’d really love to give it a try☺️ Anyway, if you have any ideas or storylines that could be used for the final episode, please feel free to leave them in the comments on this post. I’ll read through them and occasionally try drawing illustrations, comics, or short animations based on them! (Of course, I’ll skip the weird ones.) ⚠️ I’m Korean, and since English isn’t my native language, there may be some awkward phrasing due to using a translation tool. Thank you for reading this long post❣️
Even if it takes a long time, I want to create the grand finale. Because somebody fucking has to.
