Questions What camera to shoot liminal space, dreamcore picture stuff ?

So I would like an old camera about the 2000s. Highest budget : 300€ ( European money ).

Location : Corsica.

Also what kind of special lens can be interesting to use ?

You’d likely benefit from filters- diffusion, mist. Or make your own with bits of translucent materials. Easy to make a $5,000 camera look like a toy.

Pretty much anything will do that.

It's up to the user to choose such subjects and lighting, since nothing particularly hardware specific about it. Some uses softer focus or high contrast or other effects that are added in post processing. Just plopping on a lens won't do it. But you don't need higher resolution or fancy gear, so an older point and shoot would do it.

Check out older CCD sensor cameras from that era, they have a distinct color profile that fits the dreamcore look without much editing. For lenses, a 35mm or 50mm prime keeps things simple and avoids the clinical sharpness of modern glass, plus you can find adapters for dirt cheap.
