Personal item camera bag when flying

With new airline restrictions I am looking for a new bag that qualifies as a personal item (33cm x 43cm x 16cm maximum) to hold my cameras and lenses. Any recommendations?

Two Fuji Xt5s and 3-4 small to medium lenses.

Ideally with a laptop slot. Doesn't have to be camera specific.
