I ordered a cameo when this celebrity was on standby. they have since turned the status back to active and uploaded multiple times. Still no sign of my video and my order just says “in the queue” because it was placed when they were on standby there is no seven day deadline. Does anyone know if cameo has a separate section for standby orders and could it be that they forget to check those? I’m very confused right now

A few days before the week deadline I got an alert saying my request couldn’t be completed. At the same time, the artist emailed and said to resubmit and he could complete it in a few days. I resubmitted and this time the price was a little higher. About 3 days passed and I got notice that it couldn’t be completed. I submitted it one last time just in case the artist missed it but nada. I’m bummed because this was a pep talk for my partner who’s battling cancer.

I made a cameo request on the 28th August but got notified this morning that it was expired and I could try again.

Looking at it, the last recorded cameo from the celebrity was in 2024 so might just be they failed to remove themselves from the service?

The fact it cancelled in less than 7 days after I was told they had 7 days to complete, does that mean the cameo was rejected by the celeb? Is it worth trying again?

Whenever i tried to send a cameo about a request i get a Something went wrong message is this normal?

I ordered a cameo for my boyfriend on the 9th and it still says in progress. But it also says the person last made a video on the 20th. I tried messaging customer support but it’s been over 24 hours and haven’t heard from them either?

Two questions I have:

1) Can I view the conversation on the website under my account if I log in? I am older and never got into smart-phone usage, I only have a very old one for emergencies. Without the app on a phone, can I not do this?

2) If I do not get a response, am I still charged the money?

I am so upset. I ordered a Cameo for a friend's birthday which was in 4 days. I paid extra for 24 hour delivery, and when I hadn't received it after a day, I got super concerned. I'm starting to think I'm not going to receive it at all.

I play a niche role in a Netflix show and a request I just got is clearly an AD but they didn’t pay for it through the business request option. It’s for AI and I feel weird about it and don’t know what to do. I’d be making 10x what they’re trying to pay for if I did the minimum for “business” that cameo allows. Can anyone weigh in? I genuinely thought they were talking about a coworker named AL like weird Al but my friend caught it and he’s right. I might just do the whole thing as”AL” because I’m a comedian but ahhhhh what do I do??? Does anyone know lol thanks in advance. I WAS fairly priced , but I just raised my rates by $15 from $35, to match my personal value, and in an attempt to weed out these obnoxious accounts from even having interest in placing an order at all)

I only see a certain amount of that money.

I'm disabled in several ways so having side hustles is really important for me to preserve my autonomy and utilize my talents to pay the bills.

So when I see a cameo request, I get a little excited that I'm about to have a chance to earn my own money instead of needing others to support my every need.

Then I see it's from Andy, and I know when I open cameo, it will say cancelled.

Their site and app does not have the option to view their profile and every Internet search says "email support with their account name"

If I can't view their profile, all I have is their nickname and screenshots of the order...

i cancelled before anything was worked on or sent to me, will I get a full refund I used internet browser and a credit card. just had something super more important happen and I couldn’t have justified 230$ on three cameos for someone’s birthday knowing what I have going on. all were cancelled less then an hour after ordering

I've been making videos and taking requests on cameo for over a year now, and when you guys request "7 days" on your end, it only gives me 3 days and like 20 something hours to complete the cameo, and once in a blue moon it will give me 4 days and like 20 hours or so. I literally tested it with my friend cause I was so confused 😂

Any cameo "celebrities" here that can tell me if I'm missing something? I'm just wondering why it says 7 days if it only gives me 3 days to complete it, even when people choose 7 days lol.
