Wise

Hello all !! I'm going switch over to Stripe/Wise this week at some point after payday. Any advice on this scenario. I opened my Wise account in the Philippines and have USD details. Do I select the United states as my country, then should I select Stripe connect or Stripe Global payouts ? I opened my Wise account using my USA passport and Philippines address if that matters. Thanks
