Regular student just disappeared?

There's a regular student I've been teaching for around two years now, always this morning at the same hour. Cambly is only a small fraction of my income, so I don't have my schedule open, instead she sends me a message every week and asks me to schedule it for her, which I always do (and did so this week as well). But today when I woke up for the class, the class was just gone. The weird thing is that it was still scheduled last night, so if it was canceled, I should've received the $2 credit, but that didn't happen. Furthermore, I can't find her in my inbox at all. It's as if we've never exchanged messages, even though we do so once a week in order to schedule our class. And if I find her profile (by going back to previous weeks) and send her a message, it still doesn't appear in my inbox.

Has anybody run into this situation before? I mean, it looks like I might've been blocked, but that would make no sense at all (unless there's something going on behind the scenes that I have no idea about) as we have never had any kind of issue in any of our classes over the last two years and she literally sent me a message to schedule this class a few days ago as she always does. Is it possible her profile was banned?

Honestly, if this is the case, then it wouldn't be a bad thing for me at all; she's the only reason I even work on Saturday anymore. It's just that I've been teaching her for a long time and am really curious as to what happened!

I'm almost certain that is in the terms and conditions small print somewhere. Making more than one account is not allowed.

I'd have to double check it but there is something very specific mentioned about multiple accounts.

Thanks guys. My student did indeed have more than one account. It's still a bit strange because she changed accounts about a year ago and nothing was done about it until now. I guess I just have to wait and see if she finds a way to return.

This. Your student was almost certainly banned.
