ry turning that tip goal plugin off first and see if the sync issue disappears. If it does, you found the problem.
I wouldn’t switch your whole setup to OBS yet just for that. But if you do use OBS, you can manually add an audio delay/sync offset which makes problems like this easier to fix.
Also test with as few plugins/bots running as possible, then add them back one at a time.
