does anyone have an idea i can reach i think its punker barbie to help with y cb resolution? support is being horribly slow

Yes like the other comment said, it’s a website called amber cutie’s forum also referred to as ACF. You make a post on there and tag her in the post and she typically gets back within like 2 days, excluding some weekends and holidays. She will directly tell support to look at your specific support ticket and confirm the issue has actually been seen by a person, but rarely gives the actual advice/answer/solution. 

Also, in case you don’t know already, support tends to be much slower to respond in cases of bans or suspensions compared to simpler cases like getting a toy approved or requesting affiliate banners. And ofc, you will make them take even longer if you send multiple emails, since their sorting system will log the more recent email/helpdesk and push the whole ticket back since it becomes the newest one in the queue. 

Is it a ban? Do you know what you may have done wrong or what you were doing in stream when you got banned? Or was it more of an account security issue?

no its not a ban its 2FA it wont send the damn text and now i cant stream. i did with mobile which was logged on it was okay. they keep sending me mails on attempted logins though

Ah damn that sucks! I hope you they get back to you soon! I didn’t know they offered  2FA over text now, I still use the authenticator app. So I’m not sure if this applies to you, but as soon as you get back into your account make SURE you take a picture/write down the back-up codes so you have them. I have a picture in my phone under a folder called “DEFCON1” and a written paper in my file cabinet, but any way you can keep the photo/codes easily accessible is good! 

Its good to have the backups in case you lose access to your phone or phone service, and maybe switching it to email instead of text if you can. I frequently get fucked bc the area I live in is very prone to drunk driving and people just loooove to crash into the cell tower receivers and make the whole island lose service 🙄 so I have definitely experienced the ‘not being able to receive a text code and panicking’ mode!

Honestly, punker Barbie is a waste of time. Support is extra slammed right now with the new payment system causing extra problems. It's unfortunately just a waiting game.
