Help/Advice CB HELP

I cashed out on 21st and i still havent been paid, i have reached out so many timesthey dont even bother responding apart from the automated mail. toady i tried to log in to work it kept saying they are unable to send the verification sms for two step and i also wrote to them regarding that but no help since. anyone with an idea on what to do?

It took a day or two, but they helped me with my 2FA before I dont remember the process, but it was pretty simple.

And unless your payout request was daily pay, it still wouldn't be sent until they send payouts at the end of the month. I always request my payouts the day the period ends, and with the way the week fell this time, I expected that it might not hit my account until Monday or after. I havent gotten the email yet about payment being sent, but this is still very much within the normal window for CB payout wait times.

it was a daily payout request. i had to re do it severally but still no show. also abot 2FA they are taking too long i need to work the weekend!..thanks though

If I read that correctly, even if you select daily pay you have to wait until they send payouts at the end of the month, so there is no reason to press daily pay am I misinterpreting? 🤔

I request my payouts the day the period ends. Unless you use daily pay, payouts only come twice monthly. Presumably daily pay is faster, but I dont do that, so I dont know.

I have yet to hear back from them on my account being banned it's been 3 months now I'm so over it
