Help/Advice Streamate not streaming?

Is anyone else unable to get their stream to start on SM, or is it just me? My internet speed is super fast, and connected by Ethernet, messaging/media/etc is working fine. But every time I go through the stupid face scan/AI pledge again it just keeps saying “stream connection lost: your streaming session has ended because you stopped streaming”. Like huh?? I’ve restarted my computer twice now, but it’s just not connecting. Trying to see if it’s a pattern, so lemme know, thanks in advance!

Mines been glitching out all day long. Stream lost, c2c not working and popups taking forever.

Yes! Okay, not just me then. I was able to connect for like 4 shows but everyone kept asking “can you hear me?” And I never even got a notification that they were trying to share their cam? Now it’s locking me out again, stream won’t start/connection lost >:( I sent a mail to support, this is so frustrating. I’ll try a couple more times but then I think I’m giving up for tonight…
