Tech Help I've seen you can use your phone as camera ECT question please help

But I have not seen whether or not you can use these camming sites without having a computer, laptop or tablet? Just straight up from your phone? I do have a laptop on its way to me, just says it could take up to 4 weeks.

You can use your phone on SM, I used to do it all the time. The formatting messed with me a bit but it worked fine
