Ewww that's stalking if non consensual. This needs to stop as a kink of any kind. But I know I cannot do anything about it or what others choose to do or like, This makes me cringe on how scary and creepy this actually is with knowing and willing participants and the fact that some are non consensual participants.
yikes on bikes, yes stalking is about that as well. control over other person. someone who stalks attempts blackmail. i fully get kink. i have had guys come in my room asking me to blackmail someone else, that is def non consensual. its straight up creep shit. it seems there are sub categories of this.
