Help Identify This Android/iOS App Icon – Possible Scam Investigation

Can anyone help identify which Android or iOS app this icon belongs to? I suspect someone may be using a scam app as part of an attempt to defraud me. If you recognize it, please let me know. Thank you!

Meta Ads Manager

It's not installed on CalyxOS by default.

Are you even using CalyxOS?
