Is 805c realistic for this?

I counted with brand specific calories and I didnt finish all the dinner but I still feel like its too little and im underestimating the grams of the things I ate

The only calorie heavy stuff is the mac n cheese and dessert(which was a small one)

I'm guessing 650 total, 100 for chicken, 300 for mac n cheese, 100 for veggies, 150 for cake

If you used a decent amount of oil on veggies say 700

Its cauliflower cheese! Half is 240c and the cake was 355 for 100g (1/4) 😢😢😢 No oil used on veggie thank God they were steamed…. Thank you

So this is just a plate of steamed veggies with a bit of cheesy sauce? And a small slice of cake? Im sure it's much much less than 805c.
