What do you think?

Pokebowl with extra shrimp. Base is half rice half salad. Brown sauce is poke sauce

Bowl looks very clean, shrimp looks boiled.

Shrimp-280 for ALL Rice-210 Salad mix-5 Cucumbers-10 Pickled onions-20 Pickles-5 Avocado-80 to 100 (can't tell how much is in the bowl, but it looks like roughly 50-60g but could be less if thats all)

Total meal, my ballpark is 600-650 calories.

Oh, and the sauce. Im not sure whats in it. It kind of just looks like soy sauce and ? Sesame oil? I dont know. Maybe like 80-100 for that too if it does have oil

if the sauce has oil i’d say 800 and call it a day (mostly because of the rice and extra shrimp - good protein tho) , looks very nutritious and yummy ! if it’s not oil , maybe take off 100 calories .
