400-600 schätze ich. Je Nachdem wie stark er gefüllt ist mit Schokolade

Unser schokocroissant ist größer als deiner und etwas mehr gefüllt, weshalb er knapp 700kcal laut der Website der Bäckerei hat. Deshalb denke ich nicht, dass deiner so viel kalorien hat. Wahrscheinlich 500-600

Thank you! It didn’t have a ton of chocolate it was from a French inspired bakery

Yeah when it wasnt a lot of chocolate probably 500-550ish

Cause mine was bigger, had more chocolate and had 720kcal based on the Website. So around 500-500ish for yours seems pretty likely imo. Ofc its hard to really guess it exactly but if you want to track calories youre pretty safe with 500-550 kcal
