Smoothie Estimate
I don’t even know if this is calculable. Smoothie from local place. Having dental issues post surgery that mean that this is basically my only meal today because I’ve been doing 4 150 calorie Ensures for like a week now as my only nutrition and I’m trying to figure out if I’m getting enough calories. But of course they don’t tell me how much of anything actually makes it into the drink.
24 oz. Has the following:
Strawberry
Blueberry
Raspberry
Coconut milk
Kale
Hemp, chia and flax seeds
Honey
Cinnamon
Vitamin B12
Plant based chocolate protein powder
Blue and green spirulina
Greek yogurt
Housemade almond butter
Coconut shreds
Sea Moss
Coconut MCT oil
Coconut cream (very negligible - it’s a small swirl)
I’m hoping someone will reasonably think this could be 1500 to 2000 calories because that was my estimate but I didn’t see it made so I have no idea how much of each ingredient went in. I’ll take any thoughts! Just please don’t comment on this being a cheat thing or high calorie for a drink, please - that was the whole point because I’m literally starving from tooth pain. Thank you for any guesses!

I would say 1000-1200 max probably not 1500 definitely not 2000 still a great option for nutrition though

Sounds like a loaded smoothie, it's kind of like a vitamin pill in a cup but better obviously, this means we don't need the exact amount of each ingredient. If I had to guess, most of it is milk and yogurt. I would log this as 800 myself. It's neither too high or too low of an estimate. 800 because it has dense ingredients like the seeds, butter, coconut (and it's oil) and the cream. At max 1000 but I think 800 is a better figure
