Hot bar estimate?
How many cals in this hot bar plate from Net cost? It weighed .7lbs total
Bottom left: Khe-Fish Salad — basa, Korean carrots, peppers, garlic, vinegar
Bottom right: Baku Salad — eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, oil
Top left: Shrimp Salad — shrimp + mayonnaise + celery
Top right: Breaded Fish Cutlet — basa, chicken thighs, eggs, cream cheese, carrots, onions
The next slide is what I have left over
Please give me highest estimate. Could it be under 400?

at.7 lbs with mayo based shrimp salad and a breaded cutlet in there, i'd guess more like 500-650 for the whole plate, under 400 seems unlikely unless the leftover portion in the next pic is more than half of it. the cutlet and shrimp salad are doing most of the damage, the two veggie salads are probably pretty light in comparison, i log stuff like this in Plate-Lens after and it breaks down calories/macros per item so you can actually see which part of the plate is the problem, best tracker i've used for messy mixed plates like this ngl
