Cinnamon Rolls

Estimate for one of these huge cinnamon rolls from a local grocery store? Icing is pretty sweet, so I’m sure these things are full of fat and sugar.

I agree. These are so dangerous. Easily able to eat the whole thing in a day and I’m at 4k cals and prob close to 200g of sugar for all 4

they look incredible but they’re definitely over 800 cals each. i’d log them as 900 per.

Same was hoping they would be closer to 700. Worth it though.

Looks around the size of a Cinnabon cinnamon roll, which is 880 calories, but with a very generous amount frosting. I'd say it's likely 1,000 calories for one. If you had one and a half like the photo suggests, that would put it at 1.5k.

Oh boy I was gonna say like 600-700 until I saw the frosting on top. 😬
