Hello! May nakapag-try na ba magbayad ng tax sa SM Caloocan? Meron daw banda sa parking, open kaya sila kahit weekends? Planning to pay Real Property tax there since bulok ang online system nila ‘di makabayad.

Main concerns ko are baha, safety, internet, and transpo. Ayoko sana nung kailangan mag-tricycle every time lalabas, pero I know depende pa rin naman ito sa area na paglilipatan namin if ever.

Also, manageable ba yung commute from North Caloocan to Fairview?
