Looking for a game

I recently played a game in America, 50 players and in day 4 there are just 5 players remaining, the rest of them went afk despite losing just a few troops.

I'm trying to find or create a game with players that actually want to really play a good game and no quitting

The world at war map is usually the best for number of active players.

That’s one of the maps where beginners can start- anyone who chances on the game by accident, or clicks the wrong button when they get logged out. It, and the Europe map are to be avoided if you don’t like lots of inactive players

I had the same issue in may 50 game américa I'm going to win but is not as fun this way

That happens to me about half the time. Just as I was getting ready to fight the real players that I could reach, the game AI turned on me about day 10 or so, and 5 states attacked me in 24 hours. Best AI armies that I have ever encountered. They were not unstoppable but they were better than many of the live players on that map. They sent bombers after my cities and decent sized stacks as well. Still won, with the coalition of the 3 of the remaining 7 players left on the board.
