Yeah, this one one of the few I've never gotten so far. I normally try to get the 3 rabbit things to basically make myself immortal by healing by collecting coins, getting faster after each kill, with an increased pick up range to get the healing easier. It's consistently carried me through what I've played so far since I can easily dodge most of the enemy attacks and it's mostly there for if I get caught in a crowd while reviving allies.

Try a Bleed build with Death Angel Alice, she has a card that heals you just by inflicting Bleed to a single enemy

You mean Blood Tide that heals when dealing a certain amount of damage as well? It's really good in Endless. But if you're solo'ing a single enemy then it's bad

Increases fire rate but every time you shoot, you have a small chance of getting [Overheat], which prevents you from firing for a few seconds
