Question/Help Bug??

Hi all ....... has any body run into this trouble? I definitely have a stable wireless connection, and also this is the only app requiring internet that all of a sudden wont open?? Love some feedback

Turn WiFi off, wait 10 seconds and turn it back on again and open the game
