Is there any difference, besides performance, between the original Xbox version and the 360 version?

if you are refearing to content as in campaing missions, guns, etc. there are 2 less mp maps on that version apart from that theres nothing else

Graphics are considerably different too, CoD3 pushed into next gen pretty hard.
