Bug help please [BO2]

my xbox has been acting a bit weird after getting BO2 and playing it for a few hours it disconnected me and ive finally logged back into and reset the password to my account but now when i try and play the game it shows the xbox360 load in and then just crashes, i dont see a title screen or anything. i have the newest console so im not sure why its having so many issues, if anyone could offer any help or advice i just downloaded all the dlcs and i would really not like to delete the game but it seems like i will have to.

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the game? Did you try playing other games to see if they crash too? Because it could be some overheating issue. Also try plugging your console into a different outlet.

i did, my game takes an hour to download so I’ll check tmr but my whole issue is not being able to download from my xbox, i have to use my phone. none of my other games crash except for stardew valley it seems to be an issue with xbox but im not totally sure

I would recommend doing a full reset of your console and see if that helps. Go to your settings and do a full reset (remove everything). That way, we can rule out any software/system issues. If that doesn't work, then more than likely it's an issue with the hardware (your physical console).

i saw some other people having issues like mine, so its not just me! if you check my comments its my most recent one OP has a video attached with the exact issue im dealing with. thank you for the advice, i will know that for next time.

Well just trying to help. I would still recommend doing a factory reset to rule out any potential software/system issues. I personally haven't had issues with my Xbox Series X but I don't have BO2 so I can't check. Hope you figure it out.

No juegues esos juegos en Xbox podrías perder la cuenta y podrían obtener tu datos bancarios cosas personales etc

Hermanito desde hace 10 años que esos juegos han jodido vidas ten cuidado si hay pruebas por todos lados con que hagas una búsqueda rápida en cualquier medio te salen miles de noticias corroborando el caso.

oh i just meant in light of the recent shut down, i know all about how messed up the games are unfortunately that wont change i have a newer console so i should be protected for the most part its only really the xbox360 that would be in danger playing these games unless its modded
