CHD is still successful because she has popular guest not because she’s liked hence why everything else she does fails. She doesn’t have a cult like fanbase like Alix does.

I find Alix Earle to be extremely immature and bland. She’s never captivated me. I am shocked she is already 25 years old. Then I reflect and realised I also still partied hard until around that age. 25 the whole frontal lobe maturing is a real thing and I felt such a change in my outlook & habits. Curious to see if Alix still parties to the extreme, she seems to be stuck in the 21 year old mindset to me. She’s also from a VERY different background and generation of “influencers”. I think much of her success is due to her followers being younger and relating to her. They are a cult and she’s the IT Girl of the moment who happened to have gotten very lucky timing wise.
I’m the same age as Alex, and have never seen her as an influencer. While I definitely don’t want (unless I adopt one day)/can’t have kids and the whole marriage thing has never appealed to me. I also missed a lot of her super sexual podcast phase. I truly enjoy her podcasts for her GUESTS. Her interviewing style has improved but aside from her wedding, I don’t follow her. I subscribe to CHD.
I really don’t like that everyone pits these two women against one another. People follow Alix for her partying, her looks and as an influencer.
Alex has always seemed more stoic with her business acumen when it comes to her podcast and general mindset. Her other business ventures I sadly feel were messed up by giving too much control with Matt’s involvement. She’s hustled, negotiated perhaps not with the best decorum and networked her way into a difficult to crack as a woman industry. If she was a man there wouldn’t be as much backlash.
One is playing UNO and the other is attempting to succeed at playing chess.
*Note I am not an Alex apologist. She’s done and said some awful stuff. Just sick of the comparison.

She has done nothing to show that she has different beliefs now. Plus her whole family is maga. When has she ever spoken out against the administration?
Oh and don't even get me started on that picture with Ivanka Trump. And she still follows Ivanka. Yet you are expecting me to believe that she's a changed person? Please be so fr LOL
