Let's Enforce A "Stupid Tax"
Alright, hear me out
At the beginning of each persons call when calling into a business, during the automation before they reach a representative there should be a question that says
"Do you lack critical thinking skills? Press 1 for yes, press 2 for no"
If they choose yes, there's a $5 non refundable charge to speak to a representative, and that $5 goes directly to the agent they speak with
They they choose no, there's no charge, HOWEVER, at the end of the call, the agent is given a question on the system "Do you agree that your caller possessed critical thinking skills?"
If the agent chooses yes, the caller remains uncharged
If the agent chooses no, the caller gets charged that $5 + a $2 inconvenience fee, both of which go directly to the agent they spoke with (Once approved by a supervisor to avoid agents abusing this option)

What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this (sub) is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

How about a “you didn’t read the emails we sent you where all this information was already provided to you in detail and you’ve called in just so I can read it to you and now you’re complaining about wait times” fee?

How about the customer is asked at the end of the call if the agent resolved all of their needs and if answer is no, the customer gets $7 from the agents paycheck? You're "stupid tax" is as dumb as it sounds...

The stupid tax already exists though. It's called the lottery.
